问一个傻问题, 国内上不了CFC吗? (若干年没回国了...)

阿瓜, 我是回来摘掉最后一张本人照片的（又被家长批评了), 碰巧看到这贴。为了不遗留问题，再回答一下：

国内能上CFC，只是我得先找地方安顿下来，要不怎么上网啊？安顿时间N个月到半年。
