Welcome little duck and ling to visit my house. I have two furnished rooms in my townhouse for rent. Share with a female professional. Walking distance to #95 bus and 10 min on bus to AC. Seperate bathroom from the owner. Rent is negociable, but much cheaper than those in centralpoint. moving in/out is flexible.
