想取RRSP付downpay，是什么程序啊？

我从政府网站上下载了一张表，非常简单，一页纸，填完传真给银行，几天后钱就出来到了checking account上。以后十五年还清就好了。每年可能有个最低限度。

For the first time home buyer, NO.

But different banks may treat you differently...in our case,

1.CIBC was very honest...
2.TD was kind of hooligan
3.One famous investment group was simply horrible...

Is the RRSP only used for buying the first home. How about people already have a house and never take advantage of using RSP for the downpayment. I know RSP started taking effect only a few years. So such people wouldn't benefit from this policy after living 20 years in their first house to seek another one. Isn't that fair?

Yes, it's only for first time home buyers. Buying a home, particularly the first one presents tremendous financial burden, this policy helps firt-time home buyers to overcome such burden.

Everyone could buy RRSP, I'm not clear on what you are complaining about.
