Bus不让我上车，请大家帮个忙，

连续两天，我在同一时间在同一车站等bus，当时只有我一个乘客，但是同一个司机两次拒绝开门，理由是车满了。与此同时，后门有两个乘客下车，但司机甚至都没有要求车上的乘客向后移动。

这个车在下一站(不远，我能看得见)，停车后立即开门，让三个人上了车，那站有四个乘客下车。

我已经向后两次向OC-Transpo投诉，但我怀疑作用。我现在有几个问题:

1. 除了投诉，我还能做什么?

2. 如果下次再发生这样的情况，我是否可以站到bus前面，不让bus走?

3. 哪位网友可以推荐一个律师? 我想先咨询一下，需要收集什么证据，例如录像。

因为是一节车厢的车，乘客不应该从后门上车，我怕从后门上车反而让司机抓住把柄。

There was a similar case that went public not too long ago: in which the driver apologized to the passenger and OC Transpo gave the passenger a monthly pass for free.

I would keep complaining to OC Transpo and threaten to go to the media if not resolved.

You should report things that OC Transpo drivers do that don't seem right. Provide the number inside the front of the bus (not the route number but the ID number inside the bus), the route # and direction and the time of the incident.

Get a witness, a friend, a family member, your neighbor, and record the driver's name, bus route and number, date/time of refusal, etc. In short collect any information that could help you to track down this particular driver and to corroborate your complaint.

Get a witness, a friend, a family member, your neighbor, and record the driver's name, bus route and number, date/time of refusal, etc. In short collect any information that could help you to track down this particular driver and to corroborate your complaint.

我已经向OC投诉了，他们说需要几天时间。

我会让我的family member做witness，我明天开始准备用摄像机摄下全过程。

其实，我没必要在这站上车，我可以到下一站(人多的车站)上车，因为我家在两个站之间，但是我现在和这个司机较上劲了，我觉得他是欺负我是外地/外国人。

车是118，车号是4256，由西向东到Hurdman，每天早晨大约8:30左右到Baseline总站，我等车的stop就在Baseline前3站，stop number 4572。

有哪位朋友也坐这趟车，并且愿意做witness，请和我悄悄话联系。谢谢。

何必拿自己的生命冒险呢？万一那个人是心理有问题你不是亏大了。
收集足够的证据不断地去PUSH公司，渐渐说的办法其实很好。
你可以找个人在旁边帮你录象做证，记得画面上要同时有你和车，以及你的明显的要求登车的手势/话语。
