We are also currently on the lookout for Desktop Support Representatives whose technical know-how and customer service savvy are second to none. If you are up to the task of resolving BlackBerry issues via phone or e-mail, and taking complete ownership of our customers’ technical problems, then you will not want to miss this opportunity to join RIM’s Desktop Support Team! What makes you an ideal candidate? You are a proven team player, for one, and you have great communication skills. You also have a computer or Business diploma and at least six months of external tech support experience. Experience supporting Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes is preferred. Above all, you are eager to tackle new challenges in a 24/7 contact centre environment.
