教育产业化政策是指高等学校而言的,小学,初中是基础教育不搞产业,家庭经济困
难学生可以免学弗,还提倡一帮一,解决面临失学的小学生和初中生,江苏省会由报
界出面牵手,解决了不少问题.教育投入是不足,但政府并未撒手不管,还是想方设法
解决贫困生的困难.
中国贪官携贪污所得外逃一些人,这个现象从另一方面反映政府最高领导层是坚决
反贪倡廉的,致使贪官觉得在国内无立足之地,只好外逃.那些没逃出国的,只要查出
来,一定受到法律制裁.
从中国5000年历史纵向比较,特别是唐宋元明清民国以来,可列举事实证明现政府
是执政为民的,凡有点良心的中国人是亲眼目睹,亲身经历的.但不是说中国政府完
美无缺,问题确实存在,有些问题还是严重的,关键在於政府正视这些,并设法纠正之.

This idea is not that bright.
They have pension (adjusted according to cost of living.) and all the benefts anyway if they "survive" when they retire. Their salary+bonus is already reasonably high compared to their fellow citizens.
The most important thing, most people will never feel "enough" when it comes to money. Being honest keeps them from jail, not that 300K. You really think 300K RMB will make a difference?
If they steal and not get caught, they can take all they steal plus the 300K, happily retire. If they steal and get caught, they go to jail.
Jail time, not the 300K, is the differentiator.
You ever heard of giving a would-be theft 100K and begging him not to steal?
Training a dog, you don't provide him live lobsters, diamond rings and 2 RMTs to massage him as "positive reinforcement". Instead, decent dog foods and toys would be enough.
There is a boundary beyond which you are going too far - and for a country with GDP per capita of ~US$1K, life-long pension, decent salary and bonus, all benefits including housing and health are very generous.
IMHO, almost 40 times per capita GDP cash bonus for not ending up in jail is a bit over the edge.
