Job Title: Electronics Assembly Technician
Scope: Reporting to the Director of Operations, ESM Business Team, this position will perform various production functions including: final mechanical and cable assembly, SMT and PTH soldering/de-soldering on multi-layered PCB?s, and quality inspections.
Qualifications A high school diploma. Electronics Assembly/Soldering certification desired or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Three to five years relevant work experience with electronic assembly and design exposure. Ability to interpret drawings and production documents to perform electronic assembly tasks. Ability to use hand and power tools and other required equipment. Ability to describe or explain information, concepts, and receive/relay instructions. General knowledge/function of various related test equipment is an asset. Good hand to eye coordination and manual dexterity. Good problem solving skills.

Job Title: Product Quality Engineer
Scope: Develops quality plans and methods of inspection and testing along with supporting sampling procedures, for verifying the workmanship and compliance to specifications and regulatory standards of a variety of textile, mechanical and electrical/electronic products. Reviews customer driven contractual requirements in terms of product performance and compliance needs, system flow-downs, and subcontractor controls, and produces required deliverables accordingly.
Qualifications Prior related experience in a product development and manufacturing environment essential, along with expertise with FMEA, supplier evaluation and validation, process development and implementation, and high proficiency with ISO 9001:2000 requirements required. Experience dealing with aerospace and defense contracts is beneficial. Electrical or Mechanical engineering degree preferred, along with ASQ certification as CQE or CRE.

Job Title: RF Design Engineer
Scope: This position will provide RF board level engineering to develop next generation products and sustain existing designs with the ESM Team.
Qualifications A university degree in Electrical Engineering. A minimum of five (5) years experience in RF design engineering. Exposure to synthesizer, amplifier (small signal and power) and filter design techniques. Solid grounding in general analog circuit design. Experience with design for rugged/harsh environment. Understanding of modulator/demodulator architectures. Demonstrated success taking a product through the complete design cycle. Familiar with physical design for Electronics and RF circuitry.
