[问题] Is it possible for going to US with Canadian Citizen certificate.

Any one know if it's possible to travel to US with Canadian citizen certificate, because it's so urgent that I need to go immediately, but the passport is still in process.

有道理。电话本上有政府的电话，一个电话打过去，全都解决了，几分钟的事。既然是公民了，看来在加拿大至少也四年了，英语应该不是太大的问题。
