Sometime 5 纬度 is not small, Beijing, New York and Paris is 40;

And sometime location is more related to temperature than latitude: for cities with similar latitude of Winnipeg in mid-Canada, -50C is normal in Winter and sometime is under -70C; in Vancouvor the latitude is also about 50 but you know the temperature there.

I don't have spare time today. Last year, I have ran many times under -20 degrees outdoor, up to -36 degrees not counting the windchill.

I will certainly run on weekends and do the head-counting.

寒气逼人呐! 办公室的暖气开的很足了， 可还是感觉到寒气从大玻璃窗外直冲进来， 尽管外面是阳光普照、万里晴空。

只希望运河能够早日开放，也算是没有白冷一场。
