支票怎么办?

出来以前给LG报了名考GAMT,后来没去考,ETS退了80USD,国内家里人收到后去中国银行兑,说不行,一定要本人和身份证,说可以将支票寄给我们,在加拿大兑.但是,这里没有中国银行啊?这样的支票一定要去中国银行兑吗?好象上面没有说要在哪里兑啊!但是上面只有国内的地址,在这里可以兑吗?
谁来帮忙解释一下啊?

I think it should work in any banks here. (I assume it's a cashier's check).
For safty, you can ask your parent fax you a copy of the check, then you go to the bank and ask if you could cash the check.
The address shouldn't matter for cash it.

You can cash it anywhere on the earth, as long as you can prove that you are the person whose name is on the check following the phrase "Pay To The Order Of".

pay to the order of后面写的是我LG的名字和国内的地址,我会让他去找客户经理问问看的,看来不用去多伦多跑一躺了,就是不知道,兑现这张支票还要不要收我们钱,一个才80美刀,如果要手十几加刀就太不合算了.
