Development Test Engineer
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.The development & support of volume production test and characterization hardware and software, working with test houses in Asia and North Americas.
2. Advise on testability at product definition & establish initial test limits with apps engineerng.
3. Interface between various design, operations and engineering groups.
4. Generation of appropriate production test documentation.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1. Programming / development skills
2. Programming / development / test using PC based test equipment
3. 5+ years experience in an IC manufacturing environment working in product and test development activities
4. Understanding of the product development cycle
5. Proven RF and mixed signal skills
6.Proven experience in working with off shore test houses bringing product into volume production
EXPERIENCE DESIRED
Electrical / Electronics background Experience with HP84000, Teradyne and LTX testers Experience with rack & stack GPIB test systems
Experience with DUT board design using socket interfaces
Familiar with test programs such as Labview, VEE, etc
Hands on experience in dubugging test H/W & S/W
EDUCATION
University or College with 5+ years of relevant experience
