Go to the Police for kid being attacked, if you sue those kids, you can probably get money, or at least leave them criminal record? not a bad idea.

Go to the Chinese Embassy to seek proper association to due with this particular racial issue, you won't want any other Chinese kids being attacked again.

Also, if your kid attack back, it's not good, at least they only see that as kids' fight, but not your kid as a victim. You will want them to see your kid as a victim.

光教育是没有用的，要让他们在利益上有损失才能以儆效尤。

我刚才打了电话去那个学校，但是他们的态度很让人怀疑他们是否能有效的制止这样的事再一次发生。

我也打了电话，也有同感。

我刚从学校回来,向学校提了5条要求
1.学校要向全校师生讲发生了的事情,教育学生不能种族歧视.
2.suspend 那些学生,一天是不行的,要起到教育作用.
3.写信正式向frank道歉,并保证以后不能欺负他.要求当者我的面.
4.要求学校安排会面那些孩子的家长.
5.修理我儿子的眼睛.
视我儿子的身体情况,我们保留起诉权利.
在我和学校交谈期间,我的好心网友,Frank lu的叔叔阿姨打电话给学校,要求学校重视,教育学生杜绝种族歧视,不能发生校园暴力.在此深表感谢!
我儿子是在踢足球时阻止对方推他们方的孩子时,被推倒在地,被3个坏孩子踢,踩,孩子告诉我说事情发生的前一天,其中打他的一个小子就用球砸他,其他孩子看不过去,说不让打,哪个小子说没事,他是chinese,孩子当天告诉我,我很伤心,只是说下次他们再说,我去找老师,没想到第二天就发生这么严重的事.以后孩子有什么不好的事发生一定要在第一时间有反映,并重视.
我要去加京华侨服务处咨询了,回来再和各位好心的网友谈吧.

加一条：让那些孩子的家长赔偿医疗费和精神损失费。快找律师，有免费的。只有这样，才会引起学校和家长的足够重视。不要怕孩子会孤立，暂时的。重要的是要让那些孩子和家长知道，欺负人是要付出代价的。这样他们才不会再犯。忍让是换不来尊重和安宁的。

另外，加京华侨服务处有用吗？

忘了提醒一下：同时投诉到教育局。

虽说是远水不解近渴, 但如果是我, 就送孩子去学武术, 跆拳道之类的防身术. 曾经有一个朋友的孩子就挨欺负, 总是被别的孩子推倒, 但是家长无法直接帮忙. 后来孩子学了一年跆拳道, 身手轻巧. 有一次又有坏孩子欺负他, 上脚踢他. 他轻轻一闪身, 那坏孩子一脚踢在椅子上, 疼的哇哇大叫, 以后再不敢欺负他了.

严重同意，建议楼主让孩子看看电影“The Karate Kid”。

I called them. A vice principal answered my call. She said she can not discuss details because I am not parents and relatives. I expressed my angry and concern about the school and community. She promised to take actions to prevent it from happening again in this school.

给校方一定的压力就够了，现在更需要的是给那些坏孩子的家长，那些坏孩子们以直接的压力。因为最终还是落实到楼主孩子与那些坏孩子平时的心理较量和力量较量。

个人觉得，那些找学校，找律师，法庭，甚至告种族歧视。。。都是毫无用处，并且有害，对谁有害？对那个被打的孩子。他将来在学校里不但找不到朋友，而且会更被欺负，对他来讲，如果每一个同学都知道他因为挨打找了老师，校长。。大家也许会更看不起他。我们在学校的时候就是这样，尤其是男孩子。这样，不仅他的身体受到了伤害，心灵上的伤害更大。
个人的建议，Fight back ! 无论是自己单独的，还是找几个朋友，just fight back。小孩子打架，不犯法，也没有多大的伤害。你要传递一种信息，“中国人是爱好和平的，但是是惹不起的，一旦惹了，是会有麻烦的”（毛泽东).

相反，如果双方家长和学校都不重视的话，孩子才会受到心理伤害。
你以为不说，其他孩子就不知道他挨打了吗？当时在球场上，众目睽睽啊！
如果他的家长和学校不重视，其他孩子就以为没有人关心这个孩子，而且那个小坏蛋的“打中国人不要紧”的谬论也给证实了。你说小Frank还有脸见同学吗？
而且这可不是国内普通的小孩打架了，关系到种族歧视上了，当然要搞大！小时候不教育好这些孩子，他长大了，对咱们中国人的歧视就根深蒂固了！
小孩子的fight back是可行的，但是家长的行动也是必要的，双管齐下是最好的。

I have called the school as well. The reception said she was not responsible with discussing this issue and she asked me to leave the contact number and she would ask some other one to call me back. She asked me where I got the information.

We support you! I think we all know bully exist in the school, we are not suprised to know kids are hit by bully. We just need to find a way to help our kids to get rid of this or overcome this. What make me angry is that bully said "He is Chinese"!

While I am writing this, some one from schoolc did call me back and express they have taken this matter very seriously. But they said they don't think those bully are racist. I expressed that their parents should be responsible with this as well.

I hope this matter can be solved in a good way.

我儿子在学校被几个坏孩子推倒在地,踢他的背,踩他的脸,孩子身上有伤,心灵也受到很大伤害,打他的孩子还对别的小孩说,没事,打的是中国人.孩子学校给我打电话道歉,我心里很难过,也很愤怒,难道这么严重的伤害,仅道歉就算完了吗?有什么途径使他们得到惩罚吗?
