My mom is returning to Canada with my 15 month old son. As she doesn't speak English, and with a baby to handle, would appreciate someone who fly on the same date to assist on the flight transfer in Vancouver. They fly on Oct 5th, 2002 from Shanghai to Ottawa, via Vancouver. Kindly let me know if you can give a hand.

if the airline is aircanada. just call them. they will arrange a mandarin speaking person to pick ur mom at the door of the airplane.

I did check with Air Canada, but the "Meet and Greet" service is only offered as complementary, and there is no guarantee. It would be much better if she has someone to help her from the same flight.
