【求助】使用Bell电视Cable的请进来帮个忙

我以前是用Rogers的电视Cable，刚刚换成Bell，有个问题问问，请指导。

有些节目是双语的，比如英语/法语，国语/广东话，怎么选择语言呢？我以前用Rogers的时候是可以选的。

Could u explain the function of SAP key?
Maybe I can find the similar option in the menu.

On my TV remote control, there is a button called SAP. If I press it once, it will pop up a menue selection to choose a language preference.
