If the total cost of your belongings is more than what the moving cost is, then hire a moving company.
You can pack, load/unload yourself and moving company will deliver to your door.

We used www.upack.com before, pretty painless and good price. You'll need to fill a manifest to clear custom though, the form is downloadable from upack.com.
