What if my study permit expired for more than 90 days?
My advisor told me that the only way is to re-apply an innitial study permit in china...I want to know whether come back to china is the only way. Can any of those lawyers handle this kind of problem.

This is a tough situation. Unless you have a good excuse to tell them. I would start looking up the yellow page on the phone book, and look at the lawyer ad. Pay attention to lawyer who specialised in this matter. Most lawyers will not charge money for initial consultation. If lawyers think you have a winning case, then she/he will accept your job, otherwise they wil tell you upfront.
