DEll V.S. Sony

i am thinking to buy a laptop between Sony and Dell. could you guys give some suggestion? also, does any one know how are the customer services of Sony and DEll?
and if i buy buy Dell's warranty, is that international warranty or just national?

dell的售后好一点，不过听说硬盘经常出问题

但楼主还是去买IBM吧，质量最好
