We are a responsible couple and want to share a 2-bedroom apartment with 2 separate washrooms with someone. We haven't moved in yet, because we are trying to find someone to share it with before we move in.
- available Nov 15
- right beside bus station (95, 97, 85 ....buses)
- right beside 417 Eastbound and Westbound;
- 10 minutes walk, one bus stop or one minute drive from University of Ottawa;
- minutes from downtown, the Market, and Chinatown
- 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, good sized living room, ceramic tiles in kitchen and bathroom, carpets in rooms
- 973 sq. foot
- has air conditioner
- hydro, heat, air conditioning not included
- video camera surveillance and nightly security patrols
- rent is $485/month
- whirlpool, laundry, exercise room, tennis courts and dishwasher.
