Rental Office 有权力随意进出租户的房间吗?

前几天,我刚通知Rental office我下个月要搬走。今天就碰见一件很生气的事情,我中午一点外出,两点回家时,一进门,看见一个Rental office的女的,在带着人在我的屋里转。我说你进我家,要提前给我打招呼,得到我的许可才行,而且你又不是在维修或其他紧急情况。她说打了电话,没人接,并且带人看房子不用征得我的同意,只要走的时候锁上门就行了。然后她就匆匆忙忙走了。我很生气,想投诉她,只是不知道她说的是真有其事,还是胡扯。希望有经验的朋友介绍一下。谢谢!
 
Check the contract you signed with them. It may say that they have the right to inspect your house any time.

Lease上没有类似的表达,只有在“Landlord Right To Repair”条款下写着:

... The Tenant shall permit the Landlord, it's officers, agents, or employees to enter the rented premisses at reasonable hours upon receiving proper notice as recognized under the TPA. ...
 
一般来讲,如果你已经通知他们要搬家了,他们在打电话找不到你的时候就可以进入你的房子了;如果你美通知他们搬家,他们必须给你提前通知,才可以进。

我通知他们要搬家了,但是我五月底才搬,如果他们每天都领着人来看房,我这两个月的生活不就完全被打乱了吗?如果我丢了东西,又算谁的?:mad:

没办法,就是这样的,你去别的地方看房子也一样,RENTAL打电话通知TENANT有人看房,如果TENANT不在,他们拿着钥匙就去,如果你丢东西了,报警。

如果每天带人来看房,估计就不会持续两个月了:D

你通知搬家了,他们是可以这样做的

丢了东西算谁的,估计得法庭说了算
 
Permitting Landlord Entry to the Premises (Times and Reasons)

The situations where a landlord may enter the premises may be written into the lease. Typically, landlords must give 24 hours written notice. The written notice must specify the reason for entry, the day of entry and a time of entry between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. A landlord can enter a unit without written notice if there is an emergency or if the tenant consents to the entry.

这是什么破法律。哪有搬家不提前通知房东的?除非押金不要了。可是一通知,家就不是自己家了,改动物园了。这是什么租户保护法案,整个一个租户侵害法案。是不用两个月就得搬了。
是可以提前搬,不过还是得照付两个月的房钱

要是有电话记录,就不好argue了
