I think they can't....but in fact, i met some chinese guy in wow, and they said.....they are playing this game in China...i don't know why?

wow好像没有封外来ip,中国的用这里的客户端还是能上北美的服务器的。。。i think....maybe i am wrong

我有朋友专门在这里卖帐号的,他一般都把点里新上架的游戏都买走,再把CDKEY卖给国内的人,只要BLIZZARD不封IP,国内用着这边的帐号没问题
