I don't know about your school, but campus recruitment refers to companies coming to each school for recruting new employees.

Last Mar. or Apr., Nortel got new grads hiring program. I believe it's annual event, you'd better check Nortel's website or ask insiders to keep an eye on it.

Keep trying. This year is much better than last year.
I just got one new graduate job. I am also from SCE.
