[问题] 自行车架的问题

请问汽车后窗外边挂着的自行车架, 是永久性装上去拿不下来的, 还是可以拿下来的. 有没有什么零件是必须永久性留在车上的. 我的车是leased, 不允许擅自装东西, 所以不管装什么都必须能拿下来. 我看上的这个车架, 有哪位懂行的大侠给看看, 装上以后能拆吗? 谢谢.
