请问各位男同胞能否帮忙告知渥太华 那里有做包皮环
切手术的？因为目前老W一家事 refugee身份，请问
OHIP能包吗？手术多少钱？ 渥西有没有什么华人诊所？

refugee也是人，查查下面的link，注意，除了OHIP，还有Interim Federal Health (IFH) Program

should not be expensive

Hi,

the circucision is very easy to perform and should not be expensive. This is an out-patient operation which means the patient does not need to stay in the hospital. OHIP should cover it, I think.
