有不止一个意思，现阶段好像当“股东”用的比较多。随着英文意思记吧，有时硬翻译容易串

2) stakeholder is the elevator in a high rise building
3) stakeholder is the operating system of a computer

简单的用中文说说巴，举例子，如果你说的经济的意思，stakeholder是一个公司的重要角色。包括，员工，消费者，银行，等等。指对公司有影响的一些人和部门。跟shareholder是对比的。

from my understanding, stakeholders are groups of people holding a mutual interest and/or organaziations whose well being is associated with a entriprise/entity since the entity is inter-related with the locals;
for example, if Loblaws layoff employees, this will affect the local well being beacause of unemployment
or, a manufacturer produce pollutive elements
individuals, the business community, local government, police&fire department all can be stakeholders

不一定是对立的喔~ 在business的领域，stakeholder是更广义的shareholder. Shareholder 只重视自己投资在该公司的利益和回报。Stakeholder 除了包括shareholder，还包括外在和该公司有直接或间接利益的人。包括customer,supplier,competitor, or those people who are influenced by the pollution caused by the company etc,.
