今天去appeal了。。。

今天第一次去appeal我的parking ticket，问题是那个人叫我填了一张表就完事了， 请问我怎么能够知道我的 trial date 啊？万分感谢。

How long do i have to wait to get notice? They will inform me by mail or by telephone? thanks a lot

they'll mail the date of apealing to you .
normally, if the officer shows up, u will have no chance of winning the case plus you have to pay extra.
That's what I have done before. And it's not worth it.

Maybe it's ture for you, but for my case, I went to court, and the officer show-up, finally I got half of penalty, both won.

I just got a speed ticket in Hull. 90km on a 60km road. I was fined 210$ and 4 points. I just think it is to much and want to appeal,could 功夫 or anybody give me some tips on what I should say on court?

大多数情况下法官都会将罚款减少至少一半
我上次打官司的时候所有人都被免单或者减了至少一半
我那次被罚100,法官给我减到30
