Rogers cable internet is too expensive, so is Bell's DSL, both are over over $40/month. Any one knows which DSL or Cable internet is cheaper? Thanks a lot.

我bell 用3个月free...然后rogers用3个月free....来回倒着用....差不多1年.没花过网费了....

这是我发现最便宜的方式了...
