持中加护照，回国时可否不用签证?

中国护照不是废纸，因为他可以用它入境中国，只是出境时可能有问题。

关键的问题是，中国不承认双重国籍。加入加籍之后，自动失去中国公民身份。即便中国护照仍在有效期内，也自动无效了。所以，中国护照已经是无效护照。无效护照, 不是废纸是什么？

不能持无效旅行证件旅行。因此，入了加籍，也就不能再持中国护照旅行。即便去中国，也是不得使用的。

What is wrong to ask? If you don't want to help, no one forces to participate. But you are so stupid to insur curses here. It's so ridiculous to categorize others by your own stupidity. 法理上你对。但是因为中国政府没有一个行之有效的方法来检测一个因为入他国国籍而在理论上失效的中国护照，所以，在实际操作中，中国护照还是有效护照。有它可以通过海关官员的法眼，入境中国。

出现问题当然找加拿大大使馆，中国大使馆就算你是中国人，又能帮你什么？？？？？？？？

入加籍后，一般情况下当然是用不到中国护照了。

但是还是有一些，比如经典的“持单程机票能否回中国?”，如果你相信加航会因为你是加拿大公民而要求你现场买返程票，那还不如用中国护照上飞机，加拿大护照进中国海关。

还有就是假如去国外旅行,遇上特殊情况拿加拿大美国护照要掉脑袋的，说不定拿中国护照就捡条命。

即使另外上面的人也讲过, 入了加籍, 你的中国护照并非是废纸, 因为在中国外还是有效的.

其实, 有好多人都有多本护照. 在其他国家, 因为入境时不会给你盖那个章, 出镜也不会查那个章, 你可以用一本护照入, 另一本护照出. 但中国要求你必须使用同样的护照出入境.

你的中国护照, 依然有用, 将来你比如去美国工作, 希望得到美国绿卡, 你就可以用中国护照, 申请H1, 不用T1, 然后, 你可以在美国续你的中国护照(我的想象哦,错了欢迎拍砖)

I remembered that my passport was checked and the airport staff input somethin into the computor from my passport every time when I got the boarding cards, and I doubt that the Custom of China and Canada might get all the passengers information before airplane landing in China. I remember reading an article about FBI demanding all aircrafts flying to USA to supply all passengers information before the airplanes departure half year ago. It might be the same to other countries especially after London bombing.
So be careful!
