持中加护照，回国时可否不用签证?

我持加拿大护照，但我的中国护照还未过期，回国时可否不用签证？ （用中护照进，加护照出）。 会有什么后果吗？ 谢谢。

反过来说一句, 发现很多国人有很重的"奴性", 就是---视政府和权威如天神, 视规则和条例如天条. 极力自我约束, 非常地自我压抑, 唯唯诺诺, 不敢越雷池一步...

最典型的就是不少以讹传讹, 无中生有的"雷池"和"禁区", 在一些华人中津津乐道, 还到处充当红楼梦里大奴才棒喝小奴才的角色.

藐视权贵, 崇尚自由的勇敢和反抗精神是人类社会的宝贵精神财富; 打破常规/挥洒个性/勇于创新是科学发明、技术进步和艺术创作的动力源泉, 这些在华人中, 尤其是海外华人中特别稀缺(都无论年龄性别), 中华文化不应该如此.

很好笑了。这年代，什么ＮＢ和ＳＢ的人都有。就这么个简单的问题，还借题发挥。

凡近期入籍的，移民纸和枫叶卡都收了，即便中国护照有效，唯一能去的国家，恐怕只有中国了。可是入得了境，出不来。上面有人说得很清楚了。

那么，去其他国家，持中国护照，免签证的寥寥无几。没有移民纸或者枫叶卡，如何办签证呢？早些时候入籍的，移民纸没有收回，可中国护照也早就过期了。

既然入了加籍，持有枫叶护照，还是老老实实办个签证，不就那么几十加元吗。

楼主问题JINGLE已经回答了, 没有什么可讨论的了.

即使另外上面的人也讲过, 入了加籍, 你的中国护照并非是废纸, 因为在中国外还是有效的.

其实, 有好多人都有多本护照. 在其他国家, 因为入境时不会给你盖那个章, 出镜也不会查那个章, 你可以用一本护照入, 另一本护照出. 但中国要求你必须使用同样的护照出入境.

你的中国护照, 依然有用, 将来你比如去美国工作, 希望得到美国绿卡, 你就可以用中国护照, 申请H1, 不用T1, 然后, 你可以在美国续你的中国护照(我的想象哦,错了欢迎拍砖)

I got my Canadian citizenship in Apr 2001. I used my Chinese passport + Landing Paper to go and come back in Oct 2003. My reason is to save visa fee.
My friend used her Chinese passport + maple leaf card to go back in fall 2003. She got her Canadian passport before she left. Her reason is to stay as long as she can.

But this is still not legal and not encouraged. Above all, this is not a smart idea.

This shows how deep the Chinese "culture", or way of doing things, is rooted in their mind. They leave no stone unturned trying to do something that is obvious not proper or legal, rather than following the rules or regulations. They try their best to impress others and to show they are smarter.

And they try very hard to ignore the fact that there are risks and consequences of doing this.

I just couldn't believe this mentality.

She got her maple leaf card (she had Landing paper. In 2003, Canadian government started changing Landing paper to maple leaf card, all the landing papers would be "expired" on Dec 31, 2003. She didn't need to have a new maple leaf card because by Dec 31, 2003, she would have a Canadian passport but she tried to get one because she wanted to use that card to stay in China for 4 or 5 years) just before she got her citizenship. She went back to China around half year after she got her citizenship. She plans to stay in China for around 4.49 years and will come back to Canada just before her maple leaf card expires. She will use her Chinese passport + maple leaf card to get out of Chinese custom but she will use her Canadian passport to get in Canadian custom(if she uses Chinese passport + maple leaf card, Canadian custom may find out she stays in China more than three years for every five years). If she used her Canadian passport, I believe she could only stay in China for 1 year plus the first visitor visa fee and the fees to renew her visitor visa. She didn't return her maple leaf card to the judge when she got her Canadian citizenship card, how could she do it? She lied and managed to keep her maple leaf card. I won't tell the detail here. I'm not promoting tricks here but just want to say it's technically possible. Don't do it if you don't HAVE TO do it. May have typo above.
