I just bought a used 2004 Focus ZTW from a dealership. 64K mileage. Paid 14,000 + tax + extra warranty. I like this model.

Before I bought it, I check its vin on Carfax, not bad records. After I bought it, I found there are some paint jobs done on the backdoor. Hope it is just from scratch.

The driving experience is so far so good.

By the way, don't trust Carfax. I had my previous car totalled in early Aug, but nothing shows up on Carfax. Go to a trustworthy mechanic for inspection before you decide to buy a used car.

A good deal, which dealer did you get your baby? what is the asked price?

The dealership is campbell ford.
they asked for something like 14,400.
This is a nice car with all the options (ABS, heated seats, power windows, power locks, traction control, alloy wheel...)
So far I think it is a good deal, but time will tell if it is really a good one.

The dealer is not bad, I got my previous ford from them, they provide life time free oil change for all used car they sold.
I also saw numbers of chinese driving the focus wagon on the road, how about setup a group to exchange information?

plus all wheel drive and 6+ airbags -- all I wanted for a car/suv

Very impressive

If you really want to be greedy, you can ask for:

four wheel disk instead of front disk + rear drum.
Leather seats instead of cloth seats
Moonroof or sunroof.
Just kidding.

The focus is a good alternative to those Japanese cars. Its model originally is from Europe. It suits people like me very well. ( I want to have a fuel-effecient car but don't want to buy a Japanese one.)

可比的有SUV[TUSCON ]，T-MATRIX，而MAZ-3，NIS-SWIFT[？]，SPECT-5太低。
------发现一个不足，后面的椅子不能单个的平放[如MATRIX，TUSCON]。
搬家[具]的车。

当然要砍价， >2K。
