用G1买了车，暂时不上保险1个月行吗？

放在车库里不开，等到9月底拿到G2在买保险。可以这样吗？
还是买车的时候就必须同时买保险？

买的是二手车也不行吗？
因为G2要到9月底才能考，可是已经看到了喜欢

Without insurance, you can't plate it but can register it in MTO under your name. So, you can legally buy this car and complete an ownership transfer. As far as where to keep it, that's a different topic.

the most critical thing is u have to buy a stolen and fire insurance at least, or else u don't have plate and sb will know u don't have insurance, and if ur car is damaged or stolen nobody can help u!
