人家讨论看病的经历,您在跟人家传授不得大病的经验.哪和哪啊? 年纪是够大了了.

对于有钱人/有关系的,在中国不管是医疗还是别的什么,都是天堂;
对于工薪阶层/没关系的,还是在加拿大太平.

加拿大才是理想中的社会主义国家,平等自由.马克思笑了说:"我倡导的社会主义在加拿大已经实现,离共产主义也不远了......" -)

well said. if you have power and/or money, go back to China, you can do whatever you want. if you are a jack or jennifer, Canada is much nicer to you. the poorer you are, the better Canada is for you.

为什么不到walk-in, 我最长时间等过也就20分钟，医生护士都很有经验，而且也不用掏钱。

很多情况下病（或伤）是晚上开始犯的呀，那时去哪里找walk-in呢？渥太华就那么几家医院，各家医院晚上12点之前可能有2个医生值班，12点之后就只有一个医生值班了。

只能祈求不要生病了。

I am also telling the true as well. I am just very sick and tired of people here so righteously thinking that this free medical system should tailor to their every needs at ANY cost! me-me-me-me-me...

I have elders and kid living with me. And I have been happy about the medical treatment they got in this country. Is there any room for improvement? Hell yes! But it is a system based on very "honorable principle" of equal access and working within available means. But you gotta be kidding comparing it with chaotic system right now in China. You are the one who don't seem to have any kid or elders in China, because I do. Here, have you heard about hospital refuses to treat those unpaid or MD get assualted for bad treatment. Because it happens regularly in China even in the city.

I challenge any one here give me a city in China with similar size as Ottawa (land areas or # of people) has the same number of hospitals or MD's.

Another joke here is。Do you know lots of M.D. in China all call themselves "医学博士”on business card. But one time I asked ones here in the west about their expereince of getting a doctoral degree. These college grads would look innocent and tell you that they dont know the difference but between English word "Medical Doctor" and Doctoral in Medcine... This is just another form of 欺骗。

fxxxk! how dare you say "FREE MEDICAL SYSTEM"? Maybe you don't pay any tax for it, but it doesn't mean no one but the government pays for the system. All the cost (stupid huge cost) are from tax payers' pocket.
Doctor in china means "医生", doesn't necessary mean "博士". If you do some research, you will find out that in a lot of countries, to be a "医生", a person doesn't need a PH.D degree. If you studied english in china, you should know the first meaning of "doctor" in chinese is "医生", not “博士”. BTW, in chinese "博士" means someone stupid, which answers the question why here in canada, with a lot higher doctor/population rate , plus much higher than china, why we couldn't reach a obvious result that the mdeical system is much better than in china.

他觉得这个医疗系统是免费地，weekdays白天能工作就不错了，不必要求那么高。

没预约的周六去看家庭医生，顶多等2小时。为什么急诊医院要等上 4 - 5 个小时呢？
看到过有的急诊病人痛得躺在地上，有的满头是血，也等了4 - 5个 小时，这叫什么急诊？
近来，家庭医生都不收病人了，是不是有病人数量限制？
家庭医生在星期天都不开门，发病得忍一天，或者去急诊医院等。
问问，自己的家庭医生休假，能不能找别的家庭医生？
急诊医院停车场一定收钱，别以为免费看病就不带钱。
拿药，药剂师收费不同噢。
见过一[西]人有点胃疼就叫救护车 ，[救护人员]也不查查，照样送救护车，这是浪费大家的税款吧？
至于报销药费，各人不一，要看你的‘工作单位’好不好？
急诊医院的地盘是大，房子好看，设备不错，但是有多少医生在里面？

其实加拿大的医疗问题还是投资不足的问题。医生和护士的比例几年都跟不上人口的增加。

听朋友讲，他的家庭医生年纪上50了，仍很努力每天不停地给病人看病。午饭随意吃2口就对付过去了。虽然能赚钱，可是更本没有时间去花。
