If it is a rolling stop on red light and if you are free of previous traffic problem it is very easy to have the cost reduced by 50% in front a presiding judge in the provincial court on Elgin street. No appointment is required. It will take less than one minute. Plea quilty with explanation.

i think the location has been moved to east end.
