你回应说，我没有在你的BILL上加小费，就是说明加小费不是你门一向的做法。

在我的CASE，你加了小费。就是你门知道你门的服务不够好，你觉得我门不会给小费，就强把小费加在我门的BILL上，我门就没办法不给，对吗？这样的做生意手法真的很黑。

你门很聪明，但可惜。。。太聪明了。

我真的不想说太多，但每次都看到一些对我不利的事情。就像又比骗了多一次一样。

失望。

Actually I've seen a lot of Canadian restaurant doing the same thing: When and only when there are more than 8 people, they add 10% tips into your bill. Otherwise you can pay any amount of tip as you want. That's why some people receive a bill with 10% tips and others don't.

It's very common in Ontario. In Quebec it's a rule so every restaurant does it. The rule is to protect the waiter's benefit as they earn minimum income and rely on the tips. If you want to know more, just walk into any Canadian restaurant or bar and ask about it.

警告！！！！！

Full House Karaoke 我不会再去！

再上星期我订了房间，说好了是中包(10-14人)$85，便把朋友都拉去了。发觉问题真多。如下：

1) 说好了是85，结帐是120。哇！我还以为是我听错。之后有一位*公关*过来，给我门的解析是因为周未的阶钱不可以和其它的一样。所以便在我门订房间以后把85加到120。真过份。

2) 吃的，也是不值一题。份少，没味道。

3) 公关，怎么也不来清理一下。没有餐巾纸。想去叫吃的，没人理我门。在counter等了5分种才有人跟我说，我什么都不知道。叫其它人吧，我就明明看见他在送餐的。怎么会不知道呢！

4) 喝的，难喝！

5) 歌，太旧！

6) 小费以加在bill上，过分。

服务是karaoke最基本的要求。开业了这么久，连这些都不知道。怎么在服务界立足。说了这么多不好的，好的就是位置方便。但是给他门来做，浪费！

做了半天广告，原来也就这样啊？？？

that's called "service charge". But before u charge the customer, u should notify customers even it's standard.

You are wrong

Actually, 10% is minimum and the reason they add 10% to a bill for a group of more than 8 people is they feel 10% is good enough for tips. In other word, 15% tips may be too much in term of amount in this case. And if they don't add the tips, normally, the customer will add more than 10%.

In your case, usually you are expected to tip more than 10%. 10% is not decent enough for a group less than 8.

对风水是重要， 但是我听说那个多伦多来的老板， 命好得不得了， 加上他的人也好， 是很多著名风水先生十年难得一见的旺人， 但是不管怎样， 也要通过自己得努了才行， 祝大家 事业有成， 学业进步，

风水师也给人看命？ 有没有ottawa的风水师地址？
