Frame relay NMS/CNM Systems Engineer


Job Description:

Candidate will participate in research and systems engineering . The
candidate is responsible for developing new features for the Frame Relay
CNM/NMS project. The current FR NMS/CNM Oss has to be enhanced to provide
features for customer provisioning of the Frame Relay PVCs.New automated
interfaces have to be developed and built for Billing systems such Cris and
Cabs billing system to bill for customer to be charged for per
add/delete/change of the PVCs.transfer to meet strategic business needs.

Qualifications:
- BS, MS, PhD in EE, CS, CE or a degree in a related technical
discipline.
- Systems Engineering experience in telecom, OSS, research and
systems engineering.

Industry experience in integrating best of breed OSS systems a plus.
Strong Knowledge of Frame relay,atm,MPLS,ip,vpn
Industry experience in writing technical requirements and papers.
Participation in architecture and/or standards bodies preferred.
Demonstrated leadership in projects.
Good understanding of software development technologies.
Up to date on latest telecom technologies.

This would be a temporary assignment with our direct end client in Atlanta,
GA.
