Required Skills and Experience:
> 5 yrs working knowledge with the Alcatel OmniPCX. This must include high level engineering and maintenance skills with the following components
* Physical Installation: Hardware; Software Loading; OPS; Attendants; Entities; Trunks (NDDI, CAS, CCS, E&M); Categories; Networking (ABC-F, Hybrid Links, VPN Overflow, IP Networks, ATM); Use of MGR; IP Phones.
* Internal Applications: Automated Attendant; PWT; Paging; RMA; MOH; Call Accounting.
* Call Center: CCD; CCA; CCW; IVR/TVN 4625;
* Voice Mail: Software Loading; Configuration; Automated Attendant; Networking; Visual Messenger.
* External Applications: AUM; 4730; 4760; 4980.
> Current Alcatel Certification of ACSE.
Position Responsibilities:
> The successful candidate will be responsible for providing second level support to a team of 6 - 8 field technicians.
> This position will provide engineering level support for a large regional customer's network.
> This position will require evening and weekend availability for installations and maintenance.
This position will provide the candidate the opportunity to grow with a large account. The candidate will be exposed to lead and possibly management opportunities.
