先看看价格怎么样，如果不错的话，还是可以商量的，一般DEALER会给你4年的保险，开4年再卖了也行，你算算中间的损失是否合适！

主要是价格还不错（13300刀），车也新，又有五年WARRANTY，就是公里数高点，47000KM了，主要是担心新车这样开，会不会太伤车了

Ask dealer for maintance record. If the record oil change was done on time. It is a good buy. High way driving have least wore to the car. And miliage deduction is same as local milage.
commercial fleet vehicle is a company car. Compay usually lease car for its sale personal to use for work.
Ford don't have very good reliable record for their cars in recent years. So your problem is not the mileage but the reliable recrod of car itself.
