为什么这车要踩着离合才能发动？顺便帮我看看这辆车

1996 Ford Contour，152000km
从美国来的
手动挡,倒车档很不好挂，其他挡挂起来没问题。但据车主说有时候挂起来会有些声音。
前面左右2个门，扣上后从里面没法开，得用钥匙开。空调不work.
车门下边没锈。没有撞车，或重新油漆的痕迹。车身保养得挺好。
要踩着离合才能打着火。发动机机身个别地方有些黑油渍。有些连接件有锈。
有雪胎，夏天得另买四季胎。
其他就不懂了。请问这车值1500吗？
如果要修理门和空调大概要多少钱？发动机的漏油问题呢？

is this car has power window and power lock, 2 door or 4 door, 1500 seems ok, but maybe you could get it around $1000

Actually,the owner is asking $2000.I don't think $1000 is acceptable for her.
But I'd better forget about the manual car, it is too troublesome to drive in Winter.
