the problem is:he was not able to change the settings..
if he wants to change the settings ,he has to logon as administrator.

是啊,reset按了也不好使..
顺便问一下,家里设置的msgroup,怎么取消..?

按reset后，会恢复出厂设置，也意味着恢复到最初的administrator没有密码或者默认密码，然后就行了。
我用trendnet的路由器，也遇到过无法保存 设置， 换了个浏览器就OK了，因为大多数router现在提供的是用web设置。
什么是msgroup? windows 机器？
