We are young couple, no kids, no pet and no smoking. Quiet, very clean and friendly. We’d like to rent an in-house suite or completed semi-basement as following conditions:

near to Algonquin College and bus stop
Own Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom
available in February first, 2006
$500-$600/ month, all included (negotiated)
