Question about Bank Hold.

I deposit a check into my account through a bank branch which is not my home bank,they said the amount of the check must be hold for seven days.Anyone knows is it normal days or business days for the seven days?Thanks a lot.

normal days吧，我刚刚被解禁，等了7天，从周四到周三

I deposited last Thursday,I still can not use them now.I try to use them through on-line banking,I do not know if I can use them tomorrow.

online上面有显示你还有几天被hold的……我是等了整整一个星期，也可能不同情况吧，要是很急，可以和银行联系

Business day for sure. I know for Royal Bank, if the amount you deposit is more than you alreday have in your account, then they won't hold your money, otherwise, you can use it right away. TD also has the same role.

我交学费，存的换钱支票，他说需要等，我说快到最后期限了，她就让我划了，但是要hold 7天，我天天看，就是hold了平常的天，也许不同的情况吧

你可以去你的开户行，然后跟supervisor说，让他release，他会同意的，但是条件似乎是你要有3年以上的时间是在Scotiabank。
