xp 启动黑屏 在显示XP LOG后


按F8进入安全模式后，可以进入XP，
在C根目录下打开STI.LOG文件，发现如下信息：

Disable notification monitoring 15:32:8 - Create Log file handle!
15:32:8 - instance = 10000000
15:32:8 - dwReason = 1
15:32:8 - lpReserved=0
15:32:8 - DLLGetClassObject
15:32:8 - DLLRelease,close log file
15:32:8 - pDevName = 997e4015:32:8 - Enter GetCapabilities!!

15:32:8 - Enterring SetNotificationHandle
15:32:8 - SetDeviceEvent pDevName
15:32:8 - this is SetDeviceEvent
15:32:8 - CreateBindCtx ok

15:32:8 - Parse OK

15:32:8 - Bind OK

15:32:8 - KsOBJHandle OK!

15:32:8 - Open Device OK with Symbolinkname
15:32:8 - Event != NULL
15:32:8 - Enter Thread Cleanup!

核心意思就是Disable notification monitoring failed

这是什么意思，为什么会出现这种情况？
是硬件问题（显卡，内存）？还是XP的问题？
以前我的机器也出现过数次，每次只好重新安装XP以求解决。
这次是新装的XP不过两天，新显卡ATI 9550 256M，昨天晚上还正常运作，今天早晨就出现不能启动的黑屏现象
