#1, no matter how the dispute escalates in future, nobody should consider using violence to solve the problem. Seems it won't be that ugly. Just reminding. People could get quite irrational sometimes, but having self-control and being calm prevent people from behaving in a wrong way.
#2, it won't help anything to have this kind of debate here, except it's an exchange of evidence and belief before the trial/hearing(if there is one). Who wins or loses in this forum means nothing, except offering a big joke or entertaiment(sounds embarassing but it is how it's like).
#3, this dispute is a very simple matter and supposed to be easily resolved, no matter through private settlement or court procedure. However, it turned into such a farce. It's like somebody wants to dig a hole in a field, but that person chooses not to dig at that tiny spot, instead, he/she decided to went to a faraway place with an army of trucks and shipped back many loads of soil and try to pad the whole field higher except the spot where he/she wanted to have a hole. Will most onlookers in this forum substantially help either party of this dispute besides truly enjoying watching the SHOW?
#4, will the business of this specific garage be jepordized even if all CFC subscribers were pointing their fingers? very likely not. why? there are many factors to influence certain market, and sadly some other factors are much more dominant than what role this more than 10K-hit thread could play. Will its business boom if everyone here is offering excellent testimony? neither. why? seems this garage caters to certain customers with certain needs and the satuation point is very easy to be reached, especially in a city with no big population. so, why bother grading here with A plus or D minus? Who really cares?
