myTaxExpress is free if your income is under 25K
you can not netfile without a license.
But you can print the tax forms and mail
to CRA. In this case, you do not need to
buy a license.
BTW, I don't like to do tax return with
this kind of website. All your information
is saved in their server. You know, it is
not secure.
