急! 收到一家公司的OFFER,但我同时在等另一家公司的RESULT..

要不一个没有, 要不都推在一起!

请问如何和现在这家提供OFFER的公司表明我要考虑一段时间呢?这样会不会不好啊? 人家会不回觉得给你OFFER你还要考虑,以至原来给我的OFFER被WITHDRAW?? 但我确实在等另一家公司的RESULT,因为我PERSONALLY比较倾向那个公司.

我应该怎么跟这个提供OFFER的公司说呢? 用什么理由可以让我考虑一段时间?可不可以直接说我在等另一个公司的答复?

工作顾问一般是建议你用这家的OFFER去催/压另外一家公司.

你收到OFFER以后, 应该可以思考两三天后, 给答复的; 我觉得不能告诉他们你在等另外一个OFFER, 这其间, 你就要打电话催另外一家OFFER了.

要是还拿不准, 就GOOGLE一下, 看看网上怎么handle这种情况

Usually the company (which gave you an offer) would give you a couple of days for your consideration (up to one week), or you can ask them to give a period time for your consideration (don't ask for too long). You do not need to give them your excuses in this matter, or simply say for your family arrangement (e.g. spouse's job or children school). During the period, you must push hard to the other firm you prefer. However, you might need to make a tough decision at the final if no offer from the other before the period expires. Anyway, landing a job is better than no job, since (you may find out later) it is easy for one to get a job when one has a job. Good luck!

I think as long as you tell them the truth, they will understand. Anyway, you must make the final call since you are you own boss. Nobody could decide for you. Good luck!
