[问题] 询问小留学生如何申请加拿大留学

Is 高二 same as Grade 11 here? He might be a bit risky though. I went to Vancouver at Grade 9, and saw how others did (who came later). If he has good grades in China, he might be better off wait until graduate and directly apply the university here.
If I'm not outdated (I probably am outdated), Vancouver high school requires English and some other Art courses, like social studies and second language which are requirement for graduation.
He might be able to claim Mandarin as a second language so he doesn't have to take French or Spanish or else, but he probably would have hard time catching up social studies because it's a course about Canadian history and political system etc. English also requires quite a bit of Shakespear, essay writting, group projects and debating.
If he goes to a good school, his school marks might be lower, but his provincial exams marks would probably be higher. If he goes to a junk school, his school marks would be higher, but he might have bad marks in provincial exams.
For those who can't pass the required courses, most of them will go to adult high school to finish the rest, but that might not be good experience coz the age range of people in adult high school is very large.
For those who can pass the required courses but the marks are not good for universities will head for colleges.
Some schoolmates who were willing to pay costly tuition, went to private college in Ontario. These private colleges gave very good marks to students and Ontario didn't have provincial exams at that time, so they could happily and easily head to university.
Although I never criticized the two deceased "小留", but reading your comment makes me wonder since when that criticizing Chinese government or criticizing the two "小留" must equal "现实社会的失败者，没钱没房没车没幸福家庭"? Is this some kind of trendy new equation going on in China? Or this is only a fashionable idea among some "小留"? Looking at your equation I could not help to think that you (or your parents) probably have lots of money, one or more big mansions, one or more luxurious cars and a very happy family, and of course you and your parents must be big winners by your standard (BTW, I'm not interested in how and where your parents gathered all the money). But on the other hand, based on the bitterness demonstrated all over your comment, and the hatred demonstrated by "恶心的苍蝇", "吃屎的狗" and so on, you don't seem to be a happy person at all even with those big mansions and luxurious cars that you and your parents probably are very proud of.
One thing I have noticed after reading your comment is this. Over the years I have met and talked with some nuns, monks and homeless people. According to your standard/criteria, they have absolutely nothing, therefore they should be the biggest and the most miserable losers on earth. What's interesting and what a big contrast between them and you is they sound a lot happier than you do. Geez, I wonder what those big mansions and luxurious cars have done to you? Go figure...
Another thing I would like to ask you is how you know "wind" is always being negative that "别的所有美好的东西都视而不见"? I have never seen him critisizing democracy or democratic process in Canada. He probably have a lot of positive things to say on how Canadian government respects and protects human rights, freedom of press, freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of association, and so on for its citizens. The list can go on and on... If you don't believe me, that's fine. Why not ask "wind" yourself to see if he has a lot of positive things to say? I am sure he will answer you very politely.
By the way, just curious how do you know that "wind" is "没钱没房没车没幸福家庭"? Did you install a Trojan horse or a keylogger on his computer? Or you (or someone you know) have been recording and listening to his phone conversations? Or you work for CFC?...
You seem to be a young person. I don't like to see young people like you go down this road becoming an angry, bitter and miserable person while with a big pile of material stuff sitting around staring at you. One piece of advice which was given to me by a Canadian long time ago and has helped me a lot that I can pass along to you is: take it easy.
有钱就出来看看吧！如果感觉不适应 就回国 其实国外不一定比中国好 没有必要出国读书 这边的穷人不少 尤其是大陆移民。
你有钱 好像你跟他有杀父之仇一样 移民穷是你自己的问题 怨的到别人吗？加拿大社会福利算是不错 保证基本生活没什么问题 就是这样大陆穷移民还三天两头跳楼上吊自杀 跟这种有极度自杀心理倾向的人群对话 少活好几年。
这个世界只要你有钱 生活舒适安逸就可以了 管这么多做什么 穷移民 当看不见就是了 你有钱 考虑的是今天去那家餐厅吃饭 吃什么的问题 穷移民没钱考虑的是今天去超级市场看看有什么食物特价 能吃什么的问题? 双方根本就不是一个等量级的 不可能同等对话。
应该像以色列对付哈马斯领导人那样 对那些穷移民 实行定点清除政策
