请教关于买房子

最近要买房子, 老婆在国内, 想把我们俩的名字都放进去, 但是她很忙不能回来, 我能不能先买下, 等她回来再把她的名字放进去呢? 谢谢大家的回贴!

But mortgage companies are not that stupid, man. LOL

If you get a power of attorny and have your lawyer register it in court, your lawyer can use that document to register the deed in both your names. Ask your lawyer to draft you a standard power of attorny and mail it back to your wife. She should sign it in front of two witness (that are not her direct family - this part I forgot. ask the lawyer to be sure.)

It can be done. I bought my house this way. You don't need to buy it first then add her name later. Just use a power of attorny.
