Anybody knows how much it costs? Is it covered by regular company prescription plan as I know it is NOT covered by OHIP.

I was told it was around $60 per shot. It is not covered by OHIP for sure. Whether it is covered your private insurance depends on your plan, but for most of companies' plans, it is not.

One exception, if your company sending you, say to Asia, then you can let the company to reimburse that..

For infants, due to the dose limit they can have, they need three shots, so you need to prepare it 6 months before your traveling...
