speeding ticket on 401

got a speeding ticket on 401 near Brockville
cop said I was driving at 145km/h,
on the ticket it says: 141km/h
I was driving around 120(bit over), following other cars

I asked him to show me the rador reading, he said he just cleared it.
so no proof at all.

3 options:
1,guity and pay
2,guity with explaination
3,trial option

I would like to fight for it on court. (court is at Brockville, craap)


any advice would be appreciated.

Hope you are lucky enough. I just failed the trial in the court this month on Belleville court. the cop is so diligent and studpid , he just came to the court for my case, and also the translator show up. The policemen present many proves, and judgeman believed in his description.

cleared? that's unacceptable. you can say you weren't even speeding, to accuse you, let the cop present the evidence, otherwise it's not his / her call

thanks for sharing guys, I took the Trial Option already, and mailed the ticket back to the court. they told me according to the current schedule, the trial would be July.

I waited 18 months for the QC court date. Close to the date now. I bet I will lose because I don't have anything to show that I did not speed except keep saying "I did not speed".

I will try to get a deal on the first appearance, othewise, I will hire a point guy to fight for me.
