Rogers say they didn't "block" any ports, but in general they have this traffic limit for P2P softwares. (pplive excluded somehow)
Two things you MUST do:
1. use port 1720 for TCP, UDP is irrelevant (BUT don't use 1720 for UDP at the same time for the obvious reasons)
2. make sure you go to control panel-> add/remove programs-> add/remove windows components-> find "network services"(name may vary a bit) -> click on property -> make sure there is a check mark beside UnPN thing, if you aren't sure, check them all except for the "RIP listener"
port 1720 seems like the only port that's really working, I found this solution on some forum.
***NOTE*** only one software can access the port at one time, if you turn on both emule and bt, one of them will not work properly.
the UnPN in windows components is CRITICAL to have the best speed, MUST be checked to reach ur maximum bandwidth.
