17cents/minute until Feb-3-2003. 这之后38cents/minute.
4.95 plan fee is waived, but not the 1.25 network charge.

You can call 310-BELL first and ask them transfer you to Chinese Representative. If your English is ok, i suggest you not speak to Chinese Rep,most of whom are unkind and impolite sometime.

The Network charge will increase to 2.95 as of December 14. 2002.
